The Stereo Panoramic Player plugin doesn't provide any recording/capturing feature. If you need to record or capture 360 images and videos from inside Unreal Engine, a few solutions are available directly in the Unreal Engine editor:

• Panoramic Capture Tool (UE4, UE5);
• NVIDIA Ansel Photography Plugin (UE4).
